Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and message.
  • Direct exchanges: data you share with us by e-mail or phone.
  • Technical data: only what is strictly necessary for the site to work (see our cookie policy). We also measure site traffic with Matomo, hosted on our own server: cookie-free, with IP anonymisation and no data shared with third parties. No advertising tracking is used.

Data processed during our IT services

During our interventions (repairs, maintenance, data recovery, IT outsourcing…), we may have occasional access to your systems, credentials or data. This information is treated as strictly confidential, used solely to perform the service, never reused for any other purpose, and access credentials are deleted upon simple written request.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your requests: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
  • Performing our services: performance of the contract.
  • Invoicing and accounting: legal obligations.

Retention periods

  • Contact form requests: deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.
  • Contractual documents and invoices: kept for the statutory accounting and tax periods.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. It may pass through our technical providers: OVH SAS (website hosting, European Union) and Google Ireland Ltd (reCAPTCHA anti-spam protection on the contact form — any transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: info@multiserve.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
